We will:

  • Explore the use of the Resilience Scale as a tool to help individuals understand their capacity for resilience and their needs in order to strengthen their resilience.
  • Discover how the Resilience Scale can be used by organizations as a template to code programs and interventions and facilitate organizational change management.
  • Understand how the Resilience Scale can be a tool for building systems-level resilience by growing professional competencies, improving outcomes for the public, and closing the gap between what science tells us and what the public believes.
