Dean is a strategic and results-oriented senior executive with over two decades of transformative leadership in the food services industry. He is committed to continuous personal and professional learning and development, including recently completing an MBA. Served as a board member and league convenor for the Winnipeg Ringette Association for seven years and has organized several workplace fundraising and build days for Habitat for Humanity in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
