“Get ready for our Vital Signs launch!“

Join the Community Foundation for Kingston & Area as we release our 2017 Vital Signs® Community Report focusing on seniors:

Speakers:

• Dr. K. Jennifer Ingram, Seniors Physician Lead, Central East Local Health Integration Network and a specialist in Internal Geriatric Medicine in Peterborough, will bring first hand insight to the topic of planning at the community level and the personal level to ensure aging at home.
• Chief Paramedic Paul Charbonneau of Frontenac Paramedic Services will explain the emerging field of Community Paramedicine and show the audience how it will assist citizens to “Age at Home”.
