On December 5th, The Community Foundation for Kingston & Area hosted a thought-provoking panel discussion that brought together diverse voices from our region to explore the concept of resilience throughout different life stages.

The “Resilience Across the Lifespan Panel”, presented by the Community Foundation’s Older Adults Connecting & Belonging Initiative and the Adverse Childhood Experiences & Resilience Coalition of KFL&A, provided a platform for meaningful dialogue. Attendees included community members, service providers, educators, and policymakers, all interested in understanding how resilience contributes to a stronger, more connected community.
